The World Health Organization (WHO) Charter defines health as not only the absence of disease or weakness, but also a state of physical, mental and social well-being. A healthy lifestyle is the foundation of health.
- A healthy lifestyle refers to a habitual behavior that is beneficial to health.
- It is mainly manifested in a regular life, no bad habits, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene, dietary hygiene, science, no superstition, paying attention to health care, seeking medical treatment in time when sick, and actively participating in healthy and beneficial cultural and sports activities and social activities.
- A healthy lifestyle mainly includes four aspects: a reasonable diet, moderate exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, and psychological balance.
